It is another Sunday, so we are open from 9am to 11am for Open Gym. Open Gym is offered to our athletes to give them an opportunity to come to the gym to do what they want to do. Athletes may come in to do a WOD, work on a movement, get in some extra pullups or heavy lifting, etc. Also, during this month, Coach Mary has designed a strength program for our athletes. If you are participating and have not been able to fit in your lifting during the week, Open Gym is a good time.
