It is another Sunday, so we are open from 9am to 11am for Open Gym. Â Open Gym is offered to our athletes to give them an opportunity to come to the gym to do what they want to do. Â Athletes may come in to do a WOD, work on a movement, get in some extra pullups or heavy lifting, etc. Â Also, during this month, Coach Mary has designed a strength program for our athletes. Â If you are participating and have not been able to fit in your lifting during the week, Open Gym is a good time.
