Sunday means Open Gym at Industrial Athletics, the Home of CrossFit Alloy. Open gym is from 9-11am and gives you a chance to come to the gym to do what you want. Do you still need to do Open WOD 14.3? No worries, we will be doing it again at 10am. Chances are a few of us will be redoing it, so come make it up. If you aren’t competing in the Open, or you already tried the WOD, you may use Open Gym to do whatever you want. See you there!
