Â You can come do what you want, when you want (well, as long as it is between 9am and 11am). Â We had a really hard WOD this past Wednesday. Â Did you get a chance to do it? Â It had a 30 min time cap that probably stopped many people from finishing. Â Guess what? Â At Open Gym, as long as you finish before 11am, there is no time cap. Â Enjoy!
