July is in full swing. Â This past week we began the two strength movements for July. Â Did you miss them? Â If so, you can come to Open Gym and do them. Â We also had a few tough wods. Â Did you miss any that you wanted to try? Â If so, you can come to Open Gym and do them. Last week, we saw a lot of pullup work, ring dip negatives, and handstand walks. Â Those are probably wise movements to work on seeing what’s coming in the future. Â Open Gym is also a great time to test a 1 rep max lift that we have not done in a while. Â Knowing your 1 rep maxes will become very helpful in August.
