July is in full swing. This past week we began the two strength movements for July. Did you miss them? If so, you can come to Open Gym and do them. We also had a few tough wods. Did you miss any that you wanted to try? If so, you can come to Open Gym and do them. Last week, we saw a lot of pullup work, ring dip negatives, and handstand walks. Those are probably wise movements to work on seeing what’s coming in the future. Open Gym is also a great time to test a 1 rep max lift that we have not done in a while. Knowing your 1 rep maxes will become very helpful in August.
