It is Open Gym time. This month, we have a gym-wide goal of adding 5 lbs to our Snatch. We left it up to you what kind of Snatch you do. Open Gym is a great time to get in some extra technique and/or strength work to help you achieve the goal. Need some extra one-on-one attention with your snatch? Find the on-duty coach.
