We are back to another Sunday. That means another Open Gym. Last week, Coach Crim was drenched in ice water, Ben worked on his max height box jump, and other did an old CrossFit Open WOD. This week, it’s all up to you. Have you been having trouble with certain movements? Come to Open Gym for some extra help.
