Open Gym for 9/7/2014 and Olympic Lifting

The first week of September is over and Industrial Athletics rang it in with a bang.  If you missed a class this week, come to Open Gym to make up that WOD.  If we programmed a movement this past week that you don’t know how to do, come learn it at Open Gym.  Open Gym is here to give you a chance to do what you want at Industrial Athletics.  Often times, our members use Open Gym to practice different movements like Double Unders or get in a little extra work with movements like a pullup.  Whatever the reason, we hope to see you there.

Don’t forget that the September CrossFit Fundamentals Course starts tomorrow morning at 6am and 5:30pm.
