Open Gym is the time for our members to come to Industrial Athletics to do what they want. Â You should all have goals you want to achieve in the next 3 months. Â Open Gym is a perfect time to get in some extra work toward those goals. Â Do you want to squat your body weight? Â The best way to get stronger is to actually squat. Â Open Gym gives you the chance to do that. Â Do you want to achieve a Muscle Up in the next 3 months? Â You need to develop strength and skills that we can’t always teach during our regular class. Â Come to Open Gym to get some special attention.
