Open Gym is the time for our members to come to Industrial Athletics to do what they want. You should all have goals you want to achieve in the next 3 months. Open Gym is a perfect time to get in some extra work toward those goals. Do you want to squat your body weight? The best way to get stronger is to actually squat. Open Gym gives you the chance to do that. Do you want to achieve a Muscle Up in the next 3 months? You need to develop strength and skills that we can’t always teach during our regular class. Come to Open Gym to get some special attention.
