Open Gym is today from 9-11am. This is the time for you to come to the gym and work on what you want. Did you miss a WOD this week that you wanted to do? Come to Open Gym. Do you need some extra work to meet your 3 month goals? Open Gym is a perfect time to get in some extra work and receive some one-on-one attention from a coach. You may also be asked to take part in testing WODs, be part of a promotional video, or encouraged to try something new.
