We will be having Open Gym today for those who can make it. Coach Mary will be running regular Open Gym from 9-11am. If you would like to come to work on something or learn a new skill, Open Gym is the time to do it.
As we have previously announced, there is a CrossFit partners competition today at CrossFit Iron City. Victor and Mel are competing on one team. Matt and Jen are on a second team from Industrial Athletics. Because of the competition, all classes at Industrial Athletics will be cancelled for today. If you have time, please come cheer on our teams. The competition will be from 8am to 4pm. Each team will compete in 3 WODS with a 4th WOD for the top 5 teams. If you come, please wear your Industrial Athletics or CrossFit Alloy gear. For our members new to CrossFit, local competitions are a great way to see our larger local CrossFit community and see how you can progress in what you do every day to come together into a friendly competition where we all get to express our fitness together.
