It is the first of November. 2015 is almost over. Our 3 month goals are almost over as well. Back in September, we set 3 month goals to give our training purpose. How have your goals been coming? You have one more month. Open Gym is a great time to work on your goals. From 9am to 11am, you can come to Industrial Athletics to do what you want. Need some pistol work? We will see that movement come up a couple of times this month. There are a lot of people with goals including double unders. If you need some extra help, ask a coach at Open Gym.
