Open Gym for 2/12/2017

Did you miss a WOD this week that you wanted to do?  Did you miss a chance to lift some heavy weight?  Is there a skill you want to learn?  Has a coach been trying to cue you to fix a certain movements pattern, but it’s just not sticking?  Come to Open Gym from 9-11am where you can do what you want.  If you need some extra attention from a coach, ask.
