Open Gym for 6/23/2013

Sunday’s mean Open Gym.  If you are in the Fundamentals Course, and need to make up a class, come do it at 9:00am or 10:00am.  If you are in the regular CrossFit class, come learn something new, do a WOD, work on a movements (like snatches), or just be social.
