Open WOD 12.2 for 3/6/2017

It’s Open Season.  So, why not do more Open WODs.  First week, was dumbbells.  Last week was dumbbells.  We are sure a lot of people will be planning on dumbbells this week.  In the meantime, we will going to throw back to a barbell WOD from 2012.
