We are throwing it back to 2014 today as we repeat the CrossFit Open Workout 14.5. This was one of the first workouts CrossFit programmed during the Open that was not time capped. Every year, CrossFit hold the Open as the first qualifier on the road to the Reebok CrossFit Games. Everyone is able to participate, submit his/her score, and see how he/she stacks up to other CrossFitters around the world. The majority of the Open workouts are AMRAPs, capping everyone’s workout time. However, this one keeps the clock running until you finish every rep.
