We are throwing it back to 2014 today as we repeat the CrossFit Open Workout 14.5. Â This was one of the first workouts CrossFit programmed during the Open that was not time capped. Â Every year, CrossFit hold the Open as the first qualifier on the road to the Reebok CrossFit Games. Â Everyone is able to participate, submit his/her score, and see how he/she stacks up to other CrossFitters around the world. Â The majority of the Open workouts are AMRAPs, capping everyone’s workout time. Â However, this one keeps the clock running until you finish every rep.
