Today’s WOD is a partner WOD. For each movement, the partners must divide the reps evenly. However, each partnership may break up the reps as they choose. The total reps for each movement must be completed before moving on to the next movement. Pick a scale that allows you to get a couple of rounds in and get ready for your shoulders to fall off.
