Welcome to a truly individualized approach to your training. Â We break down your goals, look at what is holding you back, and break through those barriers. Â This is workout design, nutrition assistance, and personal coaching for the long term.
An hour designed for you. Â Your goals and needs are specific to you. Â You session will include a warm-up, targeted workout designed for your goals, and post workout recovery.


Personal Training at Industrial Athletics is more than working out. Â You will also be paired with one of our certified nutrition coaches. Â You and your coach will work with a habit based approach to maximizing your diet around your lifestyle. Â Monthly in person meetings and weekly tracking keeps you accountable even outside of the gym.
