Welcome to a truly individualized approach to your training.  We break down your goals, look at what is holding you back, and break through those barriers.  This is workout design, nutrition assistance, and personal coaching for the long term.

An hour designed for you.  Your goals and needs are specific to you.  You session will include a warm-up, targeted workout designed for your goals, and post workout recovery.

Personal Training at Industrial Athletics is more than working out.  You will also be paired with one of our certified nutrition coaches.  You and your coach will work with a habit based approach to maximizing your diet around your lifestyle.  Monthly in person meetings and weekly tracking keeps you accountable even outside of the gym.
