We are ending the week with a longer For Time workout. Anytime we put pistols into a WOD, they have the potential of creating a roadblock for speed. Don’t let that happen today. If you need to use a pistol progression, pick one that allows you to move through the reps without too much stopping to rest. Falling off balance is one thing. But, you want to be able to regain balance and start again without the need for much rest.
