Pullups and Pushups for 6/13/2018

CrossFit has a named workout, Lynne, that is 5 Rounds for Reps of Max Rep Body Weight Bench Press and Max Pullups.  We are doing a close variation of that today.  You want to be able to get upwards of 20-30 reps of each movement each round.  So, scale and rest accordingly.

When we say that you will perform the movements as a superset, we mean that you will move immediately from one movement to the other with little to no rest between.

Max Effort Pullups
Max Effort Pushups
*Perform as a superset
*Rest no more than 3 Minutes between rounds
