Pullups and Running for 10/1/2015

Happy first day of October.  This month promises some big things at Industrial Athletics.  This weekend, October 3rd, we are having a kickball game in the Northside Park.  At the end of the month, we have our annual Halloween Party on October 24th.  The parties in the past have been a blast.  The costumes are always fantastic and the food provided by the Chateau Cafe and Cakery is always delicious.  Make sure you mark your calendars.
