There is a class CrossFit Benchmark WOD named Cindy. It is an AMRAP 20 Min of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, and 15 Squats. Today’s WOD is a variation of the rep scheme, but still designed to test your ability to move your bodyweight. At the end of the workout, reflect on the different movements. Was one of the movements really hard while the others were east? Was one movement really easy while you struggled a lot of the other two? This will demonstrate some weaknesses or imbalances in your fitness. Use today to help focus you on some goals for improvement.
