We start today working on heavy back squats. If you don’t have a previously established 1 rep max, take the weight you did last week and add 5-10 lbs. That will put you in the ballpark.
The Metcon is going to be a burner. You will press 1 handed with dumbbells and then spiking the heart rate with the jumprope.
