Today’s WOD is a bodyweight WOD. It is designed to keep you moving for 12 minutes at a consistent pace. None of the movements should be difficult. It won’t be enough on this workout to simply raise your heart rate and have to rest for prolonged periods of time. You want to be able to move for 12 minutes with an elevated heart rate.
