Don’t forget, tomorrow is a Community Day. Â First, we will have a bring-a-friend day at the gym that will kick off at 11am. Â It is free to everyone and a great way to introduce new people to CrossFit along with other beginners. Â We will also be heading to the Round Corner Cantina around 6:30pm.
The MetCon today is a CrossFit Hero WOD. Â Randy was a 27 year old LAPD and SWAT Team officer killed in the line of duty. Â This WOD tests your ability to move a light/moderate load quickly and consistently. Â During the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Regionals, the elite of our international CrossFit Community performed this WOD as the first WOD of the weekend. Â Athletes at that level can do this unbroken. Â We don’t expect any of our members to pull that off, but it is fun to think about how much effort that must take. Â WOW.
