Re-Opening Party for 3/19/2016

We have been in our new location now for a month.  We have settled in quite nicely, so LET’S PARTY!!!

Today from 9-11am, we will have our new Open Gym schedule for Saturday mornings.  If you missed the Open WOD 16.4 yesterday, and can’t make it to Open Gym tomorrow, come do the Open WOD between 9 and 11.  At 11am, we will come together for the partner WOD below.  After the Partner WOD, we will pull out the food and start feasting.

Re-opening WOD for 3/19/2016:

EMOM 24 Min:
Min 1-4:  Burpees
Min 5-8:  Walking Lunges
Min 9-12:  Shoulder to Overhead (75/55)
Min 13-16:  Pullups
Min 17-20:  Push-ups
Min 21-24:  Sumo Deadlift Highpulls (75/55)

Each partnership will perform 2 rounds of each movements.  During Min 1, P1 will do burpees while P2 rests.  During Min 2, P2 will work while P1 rests.  During Min 3, P1 will work while P2 rests, and so on.

The winning team will be the team that completes the most overall reps

Keeping with the St. Patty’s Day spirit, if partners want, we have a safe adult beverage game to go with this workout.  There is no pressure to participate this way.
