Reebok CrossFit Games Open 15.1

There will be no Olympic Lifting Class tonight at 6:30pm

The Open has begun and is here at Industrial Athletics.  For the next 5 weeks, we will be programming the Open WOD every Friday.  Every class throughout the day will participate and those registered on the CrossFit Games Website will have their scores recorded.  As we did last year, the 5:30pm class will be the Friday night event.  We will have registered judges there to certify the top scores of the day and a larger group to cheer on those performing the Open.  This creates a “competition” type atmosphere where we run heats of the workout until everyone has completed it.

If you are not able to do the Open WOD today, don’t worry, you may come during our regular classes on Saturday or during Open Gym.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 toes-to-bars
10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)
