Don’t forget, this Saturday, we will be offering our next CrossFit CFE. Â This months will focus on Box Jumps. Â We will start from the ground, review proper body position, and work out way up to jumping on a 20″, 24″ and 30″ box. Â Maintaining a proper position filled with torque is how we power through box jumps with intensity. Â This lecture will be held on Saturday at 10:00am. Â The regular Saturday WOD will follow at 11:00am.
