Don’t forget, this Saturday, we will be offering our next CrossFit CFE. This months will focus on Box Jumps. We will start from the ground, review proper body position, and work out way up to jumping on a 20″, 24″ and 30″ box. Maintaining a proper position filled with torque is how we power through box jumps with intensity. This lecture will be held on Saturday at 10:00am. The regular Saturday WOD will follow at 11:00am.
