Have you been waiting for the an Olympic Lifting class time that fits into your schedule? How about Friday nights from 6:30 to 7:30pm? Don’t forget that we have added that class time and the first class will be this Friday, February 21, 2014.
Dustin Greene is our Olympic Lifting coach. He is dedicate to make sure you snatch and clean and jerk are perfect. People who attend his class will learn new drills to help perfect their movement. People who have attended regularly in the past have found that their lifting numbers increase dramatically with more focused attention to these two difficult lifts.
There is an additional monthly cost for the Olympic Lifting classes. Dustin charges $50 per month to become a member of the class. Please direct all payments to him directly.
