Don’t forget, Olympic Lifting classes start tonight at 7:30pm. Our friend Dustin Greene will be coaching the class. The cost is $50.00/mn that you will pay directly to Dustin. The class will also meet on Sundays. With your monthly fee, you are permitted to attend both classes.
This class will be in addition to the regular programming and will not affect our day-to-day WODs. This means that you may duplicate some of the lifts and movements.
