Don’t forget, in a week and a half, Melinda Urick will be skating for her team The Steel Hurtin’ in a local Roller Derby match. The event will take place at the Romp n’ Roll, 1661 E. Sutter Road, Glenshaw, PA 15116. A large group of us are planning to go and cheer her on, make sure you save the date. Here are more details:
The match is on March 8th. It starts at 7pm, doors open at 6pm. Pre-purchase tickets are available through Melinda for $10/each. You may also buy them at the door for $15/each. Children 10 and under are free. The event is children friendly.
Watch for flyers around the gym. If you would like to pre-purchase tickets, talk to Melinda or find a coach at Industrial Athletics, the home of CrossFit Alloy.
