It is almost here, Roller Derby this weekend. Â Industrial Athletics’ Melinda Urick will be skating in a Roller Derby march for the Steel City Roller Derby. Â She is on the team Steel Hurtin’. Â The even will take place at the Romp n’ Roll, 1661 E. Sutter Road, Glenshaw, PA 15116. The match starts at 7pm, doors open at 6pm. Â Children are more than welcome, this is a family-friendly environment (no alcohol, profanity, etc.).
If you want to join us, you can still pre-purchase tickets from Melinda for $10/each. Â Or, you can pick them on at the door on Saturday for $15/each. Â Children 10 and under get in for free. Â So, if you have children, bring them.
Just as we do at all of our events, show your support to Melinda by wearing your Industrial Athletics gear. Â We want to create an obvious cheering section so she can see us as she skates by.
