Rowing and Shoulder to Overhead for 5/30/2019

Today is a partner WOD. While one partner rows, the other partner will perform 21 shoulder to overhead. Then, the partners will switch and partner 2 will do 21 shoulder to overhead. Then 15/15, and 9/9. The workout will be scored based on the number of calories rowed by the partnership.

However, don’t go too slow on the shoulder to overhead, because each partnership will also be score on their time to finish.
