We hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July. We are back at it. For today’s WOD, you will want to pick a Snatch weight that is heavy, but doable in the 1 minute period you have for 6 reps. It should be hard, and you should be able to complete 3-4 unbroken reps at a time.
