Rowing and Snatches for 7/5/2018

We hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July.  We are back at it.  For today’s WOD, you will want to pick a Snatch weight that is heavy, but doable in the 1 minute period you have for 6 reps.  It should be hard, and you should be able to complete 3-4 unbroken reps at a time.

Every year on the 5th of July, we post a link to this folk song from a band called Eddie From Ohio.  It is an upbeat cheery song about the day after our Independence Day:  CHECK IT OUT!
