The first CrossFit Open Workout for 2016 will be announced tonight. The announcement will be live on the Games.CrossFit.Com website around 8pm. Make sure you are tuning in.
For those who don’t know, the CrossFit Open is a yearly event hosted by CrossFit, Inc. Every week from the end of February through March, CrossFit releases a workout. CrossFitters have until Monday night to do the workout and submit a score on the Games Website. For those who want to try for the CrossFit Games, they must qualify through the Open. For the rest of us, the Open is a great way to test our fitness against other CrossFitters from around the world. We will program the Open WOD tomorrow for all classes. Come at 4:30pm if you want to to participate in the Open event full of heats, competition, cheering, and judges for score validation.
