Last week, we ran over a mile total during “Crazy Kruger.” Â However, we haven’t run a full mile yet at one time. Â So, today, during your warmup, you will run 1 mile, or a 1/2 mile if you need to scale. Â There are a couple of ways to run these distances. Â Be sure to check the maps inside our entrance.
