We hope you made it for pistols yesterday. The practice we are doing all month should be used to help you increase your ability to do pistols. That might mean doing a harder progression. Or, that might mean increasing the number you can do without having to rest. We will use pistols in the WOD today. The run prior to the pistols is designed to get you out of breath. That will make those pistols a little harder. So, be ready.
