The Holiday Hammer is today at CrossFit Athletics on the South Side. Industrial Athletics, the Home of CrossFit Alloy, has so many members participating in the competition that we are canceling our Saturday classes. We ask that you come cheer on Rafa, JP, Tony, Rachel, and Matt.
