The time has come for Demi to head back to Philly. That means she will be leaving us and we are all sad. Demi has moved into our small community and been a great addition. We can only hope that she makes her way back to Pittsburgh later in life.
Before she leaves, we need to send her off in true CrossFit spirit with a WOD. Tomorrow (Tuesday) at 5:30pm, we will be having Demi’s final WOD (for now) at Industrial Athletics, the Home of CrossFit Alloy. Please do your best to be there so that we may send her off with good memories.
