Sara Gopal is our September 2025 Committed Club Honoree! A regular at our 9:00 class, Sara is the definition of consistency—showing up day after day with quiet determination and a positive attitude. No matter the workout, she gives her best effort and continues to push herself to get stronger, especially as she works on improving her pull-ups. Her steady presence and friendly demeanor make her a valued part of the Industrial Athletics community, and her dedication is a great reminder that true progress comes from showing up and staying committed.
