Skill Day For 6/12/2018

Today’s WOD is a high skill WOD.   As such, it is the skill day for the week.  You want to be putting in around 75-85% of your max effort.  It is more about practicing the movement than it is about completing lots of rounds.

Industrial Athletics WOD for 6/12/2018:

Rowing Practice:
Row Max Meters in 2 minutes
Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP 15 Min:
40 Ft Handstand Walk
80 Ft Walking Lunges
