Snatch EMOM for 7/18/2016

The CrossFit Games start in only a couple of days.  We are having a hard time hiding our excitement.  If you plan to attend our viewing party this Saturtday from 5-10pm, please sign up on the whiteboard in the office.  Don’t forget to tell us what you are bringing.  This will be a pot-luck style party.

Those of you who attended the CFE on Saturday are on the right path to hit our July Challenge of adding 5 lbs to your snatch.  Today’s EMOM will help build strength and confidence in some of the available snatch positions.

CrossFit Alloy WOD for 7/18/2016:

Back Squat
5 Min to work up to a heavy 3 Rep
then . . .
E2MOM for 10 min:
3, 3, 3, 3, 3

EMOM 10 Min:
1 Power Snatch (165/115)
1 Hang Squat Snatch
1 Squat Snatch
