Split Jerk Skill for 7/3/2018

Are you newer to CrossFit and still haven’t learned that thing called a split jerk that the coach of the class mentioned every so often?  Are you an experienced CrossFitter and feel like you haven’t split jerked in a while?  First, there is always our Forged Steel Barbell Club that you may attend.  Second, we are teaching/reviewing that skill today.  We will see the Split Jerk coming up all month, so don’t miss it.

Industrial Athletics WOD for 7/3/2018:

Olympic Lifting Accessory Work:
A. Review Split Jerks
1. Foot Placement
2. Add Arms
3. Add Barbell

B. E2MOM 10 Min:
2 Push Jerks (70-80%)
1 Split Jerk

For Time:
30 HSPUs
100 Double Unders
50 Pullups
