TTB, Squats, and Stairs for 11/5/2015

Don’t forget that we will be participating in the Three Wise Men WOD next Wednesday, Nov. 11th.  The charity raises money to help veterans.  Each class will be doing the special WOD.

Also, don’t forget that we will be taking up the hoodie order form tomorrow.  If you want to preorder, make sure you do so.
