Wall Balls, Deadlifts, and DUs for 2/14/2018

Keep in mind that our Open Team Competition starts a week from Saturday.  As such, this Saturday will be the last regular Saturday schedule for the next 6 weeks.

Today, we have a “For Time” WOD of primarily Deadlifts and Double Unders.  That wouldn’t seem so unusual, except we are starting with 50 Wall Balls just to spike your heart rate from the beginning.  For those who want an extra challenge, use the wall balls in the beginning to test your max effort wall balls in 1 attempt (see if you can get 50 unbroken) and test your recovery time between wall balls and picking up a moderately weighted deadlift bar.  The deadlift weight should not exceed 60% of a 1 rep max.
