Today’s WOD will challenge your ability to focus while out of breath. The Wall Balls will tax your muscles, but also get you breathing heavy. The Handstand Walks are one of the most challenging things we do in CrossFit, plus now you will be out of breath. Then, you will keep that heart rate pumping with jump rope.
