CrossFit WOD for 4/27/2013


Way to go Fundamentals Class.  It’s time to do your first full-fledged CrossFit WOD.  Heats start promptly at 10am, so get there early and warm up.

“The Fundamentals”

2 Rounds for time:

20 Wallballs (20/14)
20 Clean and Jerk (135/95)
20 Box Jumps (30/24)
20 Pullups
20 Hand Release Push ups
Run 500m
