Workout of the Month for 1/31/2018

It’s time for the workout of the month for our Athlete of the Month, Todd Gibson.  Did you miss his online interview at the beginning of the month?  Check it out HERE.  We also did a video interview with him to learn a little more about it.  CHECK IT OUT.  As the Athlete of the Month, he gets to pick the workout we do on the last Wednesday of the month.  The workout he chose will test weighlifting, gymnastics, and cardio.
