How are your 3 months goals coming? Â Open Gym is a great time to come work on them. Â A lot of our athletes want to get better at Double Unders in the next couple of months. Â We will have skill work coming up in a week or so, but why wait. Â Come to Open Gym and get more one-on-one attention we can’t always give in the regular class setting. Â What about those who want to achieve a muscle ups? Â Muscle ups are 1 part strength and 1 part technique. Â We have been working on the transitions in regular classes, but are you practicing? Â At Open Gym, you can work on your pullup strength, dip strength, and transition skills.
