As the summer months approach, our members start to travel more for work and vacations. Just because you go out of town, and can’t make it to Industrial Athletics for your CrossFit WOD, doesn’t mean you can’t get in a good workout. We are asked almost once a month for workout ideas to use with minimal to no equipment.
Sometimes, our members luck out and stay in a hotel with a great fitness center full of free weights. Sometimes, there is a CrossFit box close enough to the hotel to make the trek. More often than not, our members are faced with a treadmill and not much else. As such, we have compiled a list of our favorite resources. No need to reinvent the wheel, there are a TON of traveling CrossFit WOD resources our there.

- Comprehensive List of Travel CrossFit WODs – This that may be the most comprehensive list of bodyweight WODs we have every seen. Print it out and take it with you next time you are on the road.

Give it all a look, print what you need, you have no excuses now. If we know in advance, we have no problem providing some quick and easy WODs to get your heart rate pumping. We have even asked members to send us pictures of their hotel gyms so we can give them 3-4 days worth of programming.
