Industrial Athletics has been invited to participate in the Healthy Living Event hosted by the Chateau Cafe and Cakery on November 13, 2015, from 4:30-7:00pm. The event will feature a few other local businesses dedicated to healthy lifestyles. Ann Gilligans Sorbet(http://www.gilliganssor.com/) will be there. Ann Gilligans is a Pittsburgh company that specializes in sorbet made from fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The Chateau Cafe and Cakery (http://www.chateaucc.com/) will be featuring its new Gluten Free menu. Gluten has been shown to cause a whole host of health issues and modern diets like Paleo and Zone highly recommend avoiding foods with gluten. Grocery stores have entire sections devoted to gluten free foods. As the Chateau Cafe continues to grow and expand its market, gluten free options important to attract healthy eaters. With it being so close to the gym, it is great to have those options available on the run.
Finally, Renovo Beauty (https://www.facebook.com/renovobeauty) will be providing product information and products for sale. A newer company to Pittsburgh, it offers all nature bath and beauty products. As they prepare to launch a new website and redesigned products, many should be a available at the Event.
